The main purpose of stage one is to build a non-threatening counselling relationship, help the client explore their situation and then be able to focus on chose issues. At this point the helper/listener helps the client to identify problems and then assess their own resources. At this stage most people are reluctant to change and may resist. Through positive exploration of new perspectives and constructive challenges to rooted negativity the client is able to move to the next stage. Some of the stage one exploring skills include; Open ended questioning, silences, focusing, empathy, paraphrasing, structuring and summarising.

There are many ways that one can approach learning. My personal approaches to learning are practical examples, hands on, and open discussion. These are three ways that I have proven to be effective in my life as it pertains to learning. Practical examples are things that I can relate to that give me a clear picture of what is being taught.
Passing Information: Informing others of new sought information is of great importance. Letting others know what you think what effort you take on making information important so they can pay attention. Never doubt to pass on the good news, good news is always lively and should be passed on. When giving or receiving feedback, make sure has to reasons for those feedbacks. Having reasons why gives you the problems a person needs to work on.
My discoveries after collecting data from my recent Self-Assessment test. I have discovered according to the Jung Typology assessment test results I am "Warm, empathetic, responsive, and responsible. Highly attuned to the emotions, needs, and motivations of others, find potential in everyone, want to help others fulfill their potential, may act as catalysts for individual and group growth, loyal, responsive to praise and criticism. Sociable, facilitates others in a group, and provides inspiring leadership." Honestly, with these results I absolutely agree with the results to the assessment.
My confidence and ability to get along well with others seems to help. How will you demonstrate this in a cover letter/resume? I try to communicate who I am in a way and my skills by carefully choosing words and what I am trying to portray and to whom. You try and look at the position you are applying for and play up those skills needed most. When is the best time to start working on your cover letter and resume?
Giver 3. Organizer THINKER This person loves to solve problems and explore ideas and potentials. The technique to help maximize the potential of the thinker would be to design new and innovative ways of approaching topics and issues. Another strategy is to use charts converted from material. GIVER The giver is successful in making a difference in the world negotiating and promoting peace.
Humanistic-Encouraging people are accepting of themselves, and accept others for who they are without question or criticism. In fact, those scoring higher on this scale have unconditional positive regard for others. This absolute acceptance enables people to grow the most and take greater responsibility for themselves. I agree with this result and believe that I can assist others in fulfilling their potential by providing a supportive climate that inspires self-improvement. As a manager, I can see myself inspiring my subordinates to think, grow and take responsibility for them.
You want your audience to have a clear idea of where you stand on your topic by providing facts, charts of statistics that are colorful and interesting and relevant to your topic. Using good tone and respect for your audience will make them more open to your ideas and point of view. Incorporating good organizational flow helps your audience make connections from one point to the next, giving coherence to your argument. If information is presented in an unorganized way, using words that are inappropriate to your audience, they may lose interest or immediately criticize your argument. Finally, stating the benefits that would result if my solution was implemented or the negative consequences that may result from doing nothing.
How people look can sometimes be misleading. You can’t tell what people are going through by their outward appearance. We must always strive to encourage those around us. Giving is a cornerstone of my life. I love giving!
