Intentional misrepresentation should be dealt with in the harshest and quickest ability of the department and the law. There should be no leeway in dealing with individuals, or groups, that purposefully falsify assignments; it was a decision that they made and the consequences were known, or should have been seen. Some are lead down this path by official oppression or financially, but the result of their decisions should at best be seen as integrity and reliability issues. In conclusion, we need to search for the root cause of errors, identify them and attempt to correct them by enhancing training and mentorship or removing it from the process. The person(s) that are placed in a position to oversee things must be allowed to make changes where they deem necessary.
My ethical blind spot is my belief that motive justifies the method or overconfidence in the process. I rely too much on the system of ethics and to do what it is supposed to do, but I can overcome this by thinking outside of the box and understanding that the system itself is imperfect. It is designed that way intentionally so that it can be adjusted for each individual that follows it. The system is designed to bend not break so that we all come to the same result we just might take a different path to get to it. For example, copy right laws if you use an artist song to make a track of your own but it has pieces of their song in it you must give them credit by posting a disclaimer with it or risk being sued.
If their expectations were not met then Greg Allen Construction Corp. could be held accountable. However, in order for Daniel and Sondra to obtain credit there were required inspections throughout the project. If throughout the process much of Allen’s work was unacceptable then the Estelle’s did what they were supposed to be. If the work was completed and no complaints were made during the inspections until after the work was completed then Allen’s corporation wouldn’t be held liable. That would be due to that the fact that the inspections were to have been assumed to be passed during the work.
Firstly, the subjective nature of the topic “we cannot hurt another human being without leaving a scar on ourselves” should be note. This statement evidently ceases to recollect that people live within our society that feel utterly no remorse; these people are commonly labeled as sociopaths. For the most part, sociopaths are unable to function adequately in a society. Secondly, it should be duly noted that hurt is never necessarily a bad thing; whether encountered by ourselves, or brought from ourselves onto another. Emotional (which is the main category of hurt this topic is refers to) pain can be extremely valuable if we take the time to ponder what it may be trying to tell us, or use it in a positive light; to learn more about ourselves, and grow emotionally and spiritually.
And that data should be meaningful in context. Also, it should be useful to the user in order to be beneficial. e.Explain how you think it is possible that we have an industry called the information technology industry, but we have a great difficulty defining the word information. Because both terms are different from one another. We have a difficulty in defining information because it differs from one person to another and what this person consider as good information .
The protective principle: 4. Disciplinary Principle: - Evidence law is principally about the search for the truth but sometimes needs to be changed to protect people and to look at the purpose of the people. - In relation to this particular act – the government have said that the main objectives of this act are to set in place rules that allow any information that is reliable/likely to lead to the right outcome and relevant (so we don’t let in anything) unless the information will unfairly prejudice a person involved in the court proceeding → seems to embody most objectives except the disciplinary principle. - NB: when unclear about the way evidence law ought to apply in particular scenario, refer to the 3 objectives to determine what outcome would advance the goals in this scenario. To put it on perspective, by conducting such practices we are able to anticipate and identify any threats before they take place; however the trust and cooperation of vital allies is compromised as they do not feel their privacy should be infringed by such practices. The lack of transparency and lack of knowledge on how deep this “surveillance practices” goes leaves us wondering how far is our freedom under attack as a result of the “war on terror”. Having such an issue with transparency we can only wonder if such controversial practices will ever be safe or better yet properly handled. As long as we don’t have a concise idea of what depth or abilities of the program is we won’t be able to determine how much the “Americans freedom” is been sacrificed or jeopardize or whether is an effective tool given that individuals like Edward Snowden have access to
Due to the fact that I liaise with parents, carers, social workers and other external agencies, it is essential that my knowledge is up to date and relevant in order to maintain professionalism and communicate appropriately. As part of my job, I apply for grant funding, therefore I need a sound understanding of the organisation and different job roles in order to explain the organisational aims coherently. 1.2 Some potential barriers to professional development are; lack of time/ busy workload, lack of resources aimed at specific roles to enable research and costly training. Also, in some cases staff may not feel confident enough to gain further knowledge. They may not be computer literate and this could deter them from professional development.
