During the course of the last five years the company has looked for ways grow My team has been assigned a project to introduce a new Regis Reignited training program. This completion of this program will take a course of one year to complete. The team consists of the employees who are seeing the downfalls of this new program and those that are excited about the change. This goal can be set back when other factors exist. Attitudes are negative or positive thoughts that are the influenced by one’s perception of behavior, social events, objects or groups. When developing teams it is important to focus on the attitudes of the team members and manage those attitudes so they can positively influence the team. Team members who have skepticism about the outcome of the new program are exhibiting attitudes of negativity. This negativity can adversely affect the ability of a team to accomplish its goals. Negative thoughts can affect both the physical and psychological performance of team members Team members with a negative attitude can destroy the unity that usually exists on the team, making it impossible for the team to work together to accomplish its primary goals or assignments.
