Using celebrities to endorse our products will influence teens to buy our products. Third, we can do more with advertising. Currently, we advertise by printing ads in magazineslike Seventeen and Cosmopolitan. We should make billboardsin populated places like New York City andLos Angelosfeaturing our newest products.We should makecommercials that are played on YouTube and Instagram. To increase our international sales, we should start planning to make our products accessibleto countries in Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia. By limiting our products to only America, we are missing out on a large population on teens and young adults. First, we should plan to build an Urban Decay shop in New York City,Paris, Hong Kong, and Sydney, among other cities. In person make up shopping is becoming more and more important to our consumers so we must cater to theirneeds. We should also start shipping online orders internationally as well. Thiswill greatly increase our profits while also spreading awareness of our new products. Target Market Strategy:Our target market is teens and young adults that want to experiment with new colors in make up. Almost all teens use the internet daily. To use this to our advantage, we plan to keep popular social media sites updated with our new products. Especially on Instagram, we already have over nine million followers. Using Instagram and other social media platforms will be a great way to stay in touchwithour young audience. As well as providing them with updates, ourconsumers will be able to directly send us feedbackthrough comments or direct messages. Our current website is slightly outdated and runs slowly.
