E1 There are many different types of settings that provide care and education for children in the local area. One example of this is the statutory sector. The statutory sector provides services that are considered mandatory according to the government and local authorities. Schools are a prime example of one of the services the statutory sector are obligated to provide. These kinds of services are funded by the government or local authorities.
Foundation and Trust Schools | The governing body of the school or a charitable foundation owns the buildings and the land | The governing body is responsible for running the school | The local authority is responsible for funding the school and the governing body employs the staff | The school must follow the national curriculum | A Trust school is slightly different in that it forms a charitable Trust with an outside partner, such as a business. This is decided by the governors and parents. The admissions policy for these schools is determined and administered by the governing body, in consultation with the local authority and other relevant schools in the area. | 3. Voluntary Schools | Voluntary schools are split into two categories a) voluntary- aided schools and, b) voluntary-controlled schools.
The governors deal with the budget and they appoint or dismiss staff. Foundation and Trust schools Foundation schools are run by their own governing body which determines the admissions policy in consultation with the LEA. The governors employ the staff and they own the land and buildings . A Trust School, although a type of foundation school, will form a charitable trust with an outside partner, such as a business. The school will have to buy in any support services.

Any form of payment to insurance companies in coverage of the employees is a form of social contribution. The employees also receive scholarships to improve their skills through educations. In addition, organizations usually contribute funds to ensure that their employees will receive their retirement benefits after they retire from work. All these are forms of social contributions by an organization. Ben and Jerry have incurred social costs in a variety of ways.
These support the children and families as children have the right to an education. These services also enable the children to extend their development. Statutory services support families because if they are struggling with money it allows their children to have a free education with them being able to work and go out. The ‘Bernardo’s’ voluntary service is mainly based on money donations that provide care and support towards the children. Usually all money goes towards the charity as they are mainly non-profit making charities.
Follow me on this educational journey into both. Homeschooling is a choice that some parents sometimes choose to provide their children elementary, middle or high school education in their own home with academic courses taught by a parent, family member, or a tutor. Public schooling is an elementary or secondary school in the United States supported by public funds and delivers free education for children of a city, community, or district. Let us start this journey, by examining the pros of each of the academic options that are being discussed. The public school system is often the first choice for parents considering that they may have received public education, so they in turn choose this option for their child’s educational needs.
