I do not intentionally sabotage the environment but also do not do anything specific to help protect it. Emotional health: I have the hardest time with emotional health, and actually am medicated to help me battle depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder. Without my
Even though slavery was abolished, we still weren’t completely free. Blacks weren’t treated as equals. This was very difficult because I never felt safe. And I disliked being hated. I was very shy and anti-social so I didn’t have a lot of friends.
This also includes the concept of the Safe Surrogate Release which is an enjoyable physical activity to release stress in a healthy way. In the end I state what I have learned from this book. A Book for the Seriously Stressed: How to Stop Stress from Killing You Having stress in life is healthy, but when it becomes too much that’s when we have to know how to handle it in a healthy way or it will lead us on a path to destruction. Stress is a normal part of life. We just need to understand it and know the physical symptoms and the defense mechanism to use against it if things went bad.
Physical health: My body size and shape could be better if I followed a daily workout routine, which would probably lead to better health. Social health: I am completely satisfied with my relationships and interactions with others, I tend to get along with anyone. Intellectual health: My intellectual health has probably suffered a bit due to several years of not doing anything that was really intellectually stimulating. Environmental health: I'm not sure I exactly understand how environmental issues relate to individual health, but I believe recycling on an individual level to be a waste of time. Emotional health: I think my emotional health is fine, though I do not tend to express my motions very often.
From my experience these individuals they rarely go deep when discussing issues and ideas always moving from topic to topic and they cannot function without others around. Someone who is low on extraversion tend to be quiet, low key and disengaged from the social world. These individual enjoy time spent alone and find less reward in time spent with groups. These persons I would give more to do as they are detailed oriented. They requires less supervisions and these individuals I enjoy working with.
Although this issue does not center in substance abuse, it is another taboo subject that should be taken into account and its principles directly applied. A positive relationship between parents and their children is very helpful in establishing a communicative practice and it is also a healthy way of relieving stress. If a child is comfortable explaining and expressing many aspects of their daily life with their family than they are more likely to avoid trouble and stay away from negative influences. Wellness cannot be achieved without some level of comfort and pain occurs at physical, psychological and spiritual levels (Touhy & Jett, 2010, p.259). Relief from pain is a basic need as represented in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs (Touhy & Jett, 2010). Older persons experience the greatest amount of painful conditions but receive the least successful treatment of pain (Closs, 2005).
To me this is inclusive practice and helps to stop discriminatory practice and respects the preferences of the resident. I find it frustrating when other carers decide for the resident to save time but to remain professional I would not talk to them about it in front of a resident and would stay calm when discussing the issue. I have been bought up in an environment where you always show respect even if you disagree with a person. I play a big part in the induction training of new carers. When carrying out this training I am careful not to push my own beliefs and attitudes onto the new carers and use the policies and procedures to explain the standards expected.

He believes in his mission so strongly that he willingly gives up his freedom and his life like Jesus Christ did. In the book, he discovers in himself a commitment to save mankind (Owens 40).
