Regan governed with focused self-confidence and he never considered his position to place him above those he led. Most people saw Regan as an honest, authentic, genuine and honorable President, but most importantly he was a great communicator. He showed that best himself in the Farewell Address January 1989. “I won a nickname, "The Great Communicator." But I never thought it was my style or, the words I used that made a difference: it was the content.
Consequently, shareholders have no flexibility to alter their legal treatment with respect to one another, with respect to the corporation, and with respect to outsiders” (15-3). However, states provide default provisions for LLC’s and allow members the flexibility to alter arrangements based on their management style and desired outcomes. Corporations also require onerous fees and organizational requirements that must be met. LLC’s have fewer formalities, do not require board meetings and do not impose strict organizational reporting requirements. Tax considerations are also an important part of forming a business and play a significant part when choosing an entity.
But in Henderson printing, there is no compensation system and the owner of the company takes all decision based on its mood and his attachment to the employee. The third criteria is "attract and retain qualified individuals" (Long, 2013, p.12). It specifies that the individual's attribute to perform the required task must be in the company. In Henderson Printing, the employee or workers were working in the company and they were happy with the company, but they were not possessing the attributes to perform their work task and most of the production, customer satisfaction and marketing was handled by owner itself. The fourth criteria is "promote desired employee behavior" (Long, 2013, p.12).

This is shown immediately when Arthur Birling states, 'You'll be marrying at a very good time.' There is no mention of the traditional requirements for marriage, such as love, commitment, etc. This is a business deal that pleases Birling as it boosts his own power and standing in the community this shows that he is what we call a social climber, The language he uses reinforces this obsession with money and power, words such as 'interests', 'capital', 'protected' and 'prosperity' all suggest a business man, not words a father-in-law which should be emotional and caring
The government or the church should not fool them, and manipulate them as salves. Hank points out that all of the taxes comes from these poor independent workers, neither the church nor the bishops pays slightly of it. Every single man of the family must work gratis for the lord and bishop, and no one ever denies this. Why? How come no one ever has the urge to stand up for them, to claim for what they deserve?

Paine states that, “ethics has everything to do with management” (Paine 106). In addition, she continues by saying that, “unethical business practices involves the tacit, if not explicit, cooperation of others and reflects the values, attitudes, beliefs, language, and behavioral patterns that define an organization’s operating culture” (106). While we were a small business with 10 employyes, Ms. Paine’s words are the truth. My Father was obsessive about behaving ethically at all times, and he never had a situation like mine in all of the year’s managing stores. He set the tone by demanding ethical behavior and holding people accountable if they did not live up to those standards.
