Grace has a lot of way to walk in order to become in a great leader. First of all, I believe she should work in her self-confidence. At some point, I felt she was about to give up trying to lead her own friends because she felt they didn't respect her as a boss. That’s also an immature reaction. Talking about some skills, she need to learns how to differentiate between knowing her coworkers' feelings and control them so the work environment is not affected with the external situation.

Although most people go to college to earn a degree, going to college is not necessarily the best choice for everyone. He says that if some students are not getting their money’s worth in college, they should go to vocational school to be better prepared rather than going to college that’s not worth it for them. Some people could argue that it is unnecessary to make everyone go to college, high school graduates will be better prepared by continuing their education to get theoretical and practical knowledge for their careers. I decided to be a freshman in college this year because I wanted to prepare myself for a good career in the future by learning knowledge in the specific field I want to be. I also like to learn, my second reason to continue my education.
Here what I want to say is I am an adult person, I have my wife and kids behind me, my degree goal is influenced by my job experience and immediate job requirement rather than my interest and future dream. Generally adults are more self-guided in their learning. They bring more, and expect to bring more, to a learning situation because of their wider experience. They require learning "to make sense" - they will not perform a learning activity just because the instructor said to do it. Adults often have a problem centered approach to learning.

Students need to see that there is equity in the classroom, including clear, consistent guidelines concerning procedures, expectations and discipline. This includes dress, behaviour and punctuality. Accessibility to students is promoted, although a professional ‘distance’ from my students is maintained to enforce equity and discipline. I am not their ‘mate’; I am their teacher and they must know there is a professional line. Is it not ironic then, that the very nature of teaching often makes us surrogate fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters?
I have to give the hiring employees something that will spark an interest in me and what I have to offer their company. I cannot, in any way, give them the opportunity to stereotype me based on what they see. I have to let my educational status speak for me, which means I’d have to master obtaining a certificate or degree in my chosen field of work. The economy is at an all-time decrease, and in order for me to support myself and my future family, I must have a higher education.
