1.2 Explain the purpose of planning work, and being accountable to others for own work Planning work in advance helps to make sure all daily tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. By making a to-do list I can prioratize which tasks are most important. In my job one task in particular takes priority and creates the other jobs that need to be done and are just as important. These other tasks may build up if care is not taken to fit them into a working day. By making a record of what I have done I can show others and use it to be accountable for any work that I have done.

Deliverables should be general descriptions of functionality to be completed during the project. Break the approved deliverables into actual work requirements. The requirements should be as detailed as necessary and can be completed using a simple spreadsheet.
The best allocation is when work fully fits: Capabilities of team member - they have all powers and instruments to effectuate the allocated work dynamically, seamlessly and on-time. Interests of team member - they feels enthusiastic and motivated about the assignment. He has no pressing competing tasks preventing him from being effective. Ambitions of team member - they are ready to reveal their talents, ideas and strength on this job. Competency - includes a range and depth of professionalism making a person capable of doing certain works.
Following these guidelines, procedures and codes of practice allow everyone to be treated equally and help prevent or solve any issues that arise in the work place. Planning and priority of my work is fundamental as without a plan I would not have a clear idea of what needs to be done, affecting my time management and causing disturbance to others who are depending on my work. With a plan such as a ‘to do list’ I am able to work effectively and efficiently knowing approximately what I am doing to guarantee anything of high importance can be processed immediately. As a result, if I am asked to take on more work I can check my plan and give a realistic answer. Agreeing to realistic targets and being honest with the amount of work I am able to handle allows me to manage my work flow accordingly ensuring targets are realistic to achieve.
I would address these barriers by clearly defining the roles for everyone on the team, by allowing them to ask questions and answering them in a clear concise manner, I will follow up with every team member and them their duties in writing. These measures will be put in place to evaluate if the team is operating successfully are monitoring progress, evaluating success, involving everyone, choosing your methods, making use of appraisals. Monitoring progress involves effective use of systems, procedures and processes that enable you to be sure of the smooth of the action plans. Evaluating Success is to take time, after your goals have successfully been achieved, to analyze your achievement of these goals. This will be used to reflect on what you have done so well.

Complaints must be handled seriously and professionally, all complaints are investigated and appropriate action is taken on any concerns that are raised. 3.2 – Identify the main points of agreed procedures for handling complaints.
Members of staff complete all statutory training and have regular refreshers and course updates. To enable this matrix to work effectively each member of staff completes a Personal Development Plan with myself which identifies appropriate training suitable to their needs and the Homes needs. I believe that potential barriers come in a mixture of different sources that include all areas of a person’s lifestyle. Some of the barriers that I have experienced include areas within my work and personal life. As I am completing my qualification I can link a number of barriers that include time management, needs of the Home and family commitment.
Normally when a company sends out the “help wanted” signs, they offer a brief description of what the job entitles. It is your responsibility to research exactly what the company needs.
