Assessment of Firm’s Strengths and Weaknesses After looking over J.L Nick and Associate’s SWOT analysis, we narrowed in on two specific points for each of the respective areas. In terms of Strengths, J.L. Nick’s two points we chose to address were their ability to build successful relationships, and the extensive experience that each member has in their own particular field. In order for a human resources and management consulting firm to be successful, the most important thing for them to be able to do is build long-lasting and successful relationships with their clients. This happens to be one of J.L. Nick’s strengths and is one of the many reasons that they are successful. The reason they have the ability to build relationships is due to the fact that as a company they have a very good reputation and are a well respected team. Clients they have worked with before, have given the company great feedback. Their employees are very good at what they do; they perform their tasks in a timely fashion, and work efficiently and effectively to get the results that they promise their clients. On their website, you can find a long list of satisfied customers and their specific comments that they have left for the company. Since J.L. Nick offers a wide variety of services, the comments praise the company and its employees in terms of conducting consultations in a very timely and professional manner. Their clients have been very impressed when they worked with the company to help them through transitions or when they assisted in helping an employer recruit potential employees for various positions. One of the cardinal rules of business is to keep your customers happy; it is far cheaper to keep an existing customer than it is to find new ones.
