I have to agree with this comment, only because it has been witnessed on a constant basis of fraud within the systems programs. But when Wallace asked “don’t you think, if you cut 700 billion in aid to the states, that some people are going to get hurt?” Romney stated “ by cutting welfare spending dramatically, I don’t think we hurt the poor. In the same way, I think cutting Medicaid spending by having it go to the states, run more efficiently with less fraud; I don’t think will hurt the people that depend on that program for their health care. There are many posters posted up of many participants convicted of welfare fraud; which included medical, food stamps, housing, childcare and aid. The sad part of this, is that the system has its flaws as well.
Research Project Why We Should Educate Children of Illegal Immigrants There are many people in the United States who disagree against the law to educate children of illegal immigrants due to the high expenses spend annually and while it is coming from the taxes paid by the citizens. I concede that it may cost a fortune to educate those children of illegal immigrants by using our tax payments. However, I would argue that those children should have a right to be educated due to many reasons; they can contribute to the society, keep peace within the community, and increase growth of the economy. One of the points how children of illegal immigrants can be supportive for the society is by staying away from gangs’ organization when they are kept in school. As Clark Kirby, a Texas State Director in “Educating Illegal Aliens in Texas” points out, there are many arguments between those Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court if children of illegal immigrants should have educational rights because it would cost up to $5,000 per year per student.
Many of them don’t currently have health insurance because of how expensive it is. I think it should be our right as free American citizens to gamble with our life or our finances if we don’t want to purchase health insurance. It’s not like they don’t understand the potential consequences of not having insurance and it’s a choice they should be allowed to make. With the prior stipulation of the word “qualifying” health insurance I am sure it is going to cost them a great deal of money that they probably can’t afford. If they choose to pay the tax than they are paying up to $2,100 that they could be spending on healthcare if something was to happen to them.
I feel that the American middle class could be striving more to better there life’s then what they are. Some people that have the opportunities and a ton of resources such as scholarships, student loans, or welfare programs aren’t using the efficiently. The idea of getting welfare is great but most likely when a middle class citizen gets on it they never get off it. I believe that some of the welfare programs could do drug testing in order to really see who is using the money to actually better themselves and not just go buy drugs, live off the system,
Federal regulation would lead to an even bigger divide being driven in between the lower and upper classes of society. If recipients can afford to buy illegal drugs then they can afford to buy their own groceries. The testing is a necessary mechanism because it ensures tax payers that they are not supporting a drug addiction, while still allowing those in need to receive their proper benefits. Welfare is a common part of our world today; both in the present and past. It is a very useful resource for those who are struggling and need it the most. Those who take this system for granted are the reasons why I disagree with the assistance all together. What I mean by this is that there are teen mothers out there who are capable of getting a full time job and work but instead they depend on the government. They waste the money provided by tax payers like me, using up all the funds for an act they could have prevented.
Illegal Immigration and Social Security Are illegal immigrants helping or worsening our economy? Many people think that in fact illegal immigrants are helping our economy, especially in the financial health of Social Security. On the other hand, many think that illegal immigrants are taking the money away from legal citizens who have worked hard to deserve it. Illegal immigrants, should they be allowed to benefit from social security or not? Illegal Immigrants have been around for a long time.
This hurts the patient and makes you wonder if the public health care is workable. People who are for private for profit health care use wait time as a reason to justify the introduction of privatized health care system. The good news is wait time is fixable. To reduce wait time system wide improvement in health care system is needed. From the research that I made I come up with financial incentives to be a major step to be taken for the reduction of patient wait time.
I believe the main point of medical uses is of the most significance because it covers the wellbeing of all people whether they are currently ill, have never been sick or have a history of illness. If the people are ill they are unable to support the economy through shopping, creating new projects and workin6g. The second point which concerns the economy is more important thann ending the prohibition of marijuana because crime rates rise when the economy is in a recession. Many people committed crimes or devious acts when they are limited on funds. So by boosting the economy with legal marijuana sells it creates jobs and brings businesses to different communities.
It also covers a number of preventive services without charging a probate deductible. Insurances providers will be required to publicly justify rate increase, and consumers will now have the ability to appeal to an independent third party when providers deny coverage for services. This Act is very beneficial to me in numerous of ways, simply because I have a real bad asthma problem and all the treatments I need are very expensive. My family isn’t really financially able to afford the medicine I need so thanks to the Affordable Healthcare Act signed by Obama more Americans as well as I are either fully insured or have some type of insurance. Middle class Americans who wasn’t able to apply for Medicaid are now eligible
