The guiding principle of my life is to have passion for my work. I strongly believe in undertaking activities that I enjoy, so that I can channelize all my energies in one direction and persevere in a dedicated manner. I believe in a life by choice, not by chance. The advancement in information technology and communications has affected the way we do business. New emerging technologies have increased the levels of automation. Information systems have made it easier to communicate, collaborate and cooperate to achieve common goals. My final year project was based on Recourse allocation (wireless communication). Published a paper titled as “Downlink Resource and Power Allocation for Future Generation Wireless Networks with Inter-Cell Interference” in ICRASE-“International Conferences on Recent Advances in Science and Engineering” may 2015. As a project leader I played a very active role in formulating a development strategy encompassing project management activities such as risk analysis, requirement analysis, project scheduling and tracking, concurrent versioning, designing, test case designing etc. Deployment of software engineering approach has been an interesting experience because our project was completely based on programing. I would think I was smitten by the subject partially due to my own proclivity to present thorough performances in teams, focusing on individual work outcomes and contributing to shared missions. It was in the sporting arena that I discovered my competitive spirit and collaborative mindset completely. In my schooling i was a district level volley ball player and also played at Karnataka State Volley ball competition, this continued even in my pre-university level and also in my under graduation level. While the core area of electronics and communication engineering remains my true passion, I am also inspired to explore the topic of information systems and management further. Close interactions with senior visiting professors and subject experts opened more windows to the exciting prospects that the field presented in industry as well as research and development roles. It also seemed fair that I capitalize on my technical and managerial abilities and channelize them in a streamlined process of knowledge
